BECOMING ONE OF OUR THIRD-SHIFT MECHANICAL AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER

In your position as a supervisor within our dynamic organization, you receive a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000, and the potential for increased earnings based on experience. Additionally, you have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, dental, a free on-site clinic, paid vacation, paid holidays, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

As the Third Shift Mechanic and Maintenance Manager, you are essential in ensuring smooth maintenance operations during the graveyard shift. Your responsibilities include organizing maintenance staff schedules, building strong relationships with the production team, and meticulously maintaining records of inventory and third-shift work. Beyond routine tasks, your creative and innovative mindset is highly valued. You generate ideas to improve efficiencies, and upon approval, implement them for direct contributions to our success.   • Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair
