Salary Range: $ 50,060.00 (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Job Description:
Under general supervision, performs random and complaint-based compliance inspections of businesses to ensure the business has workers' compensation insurance coverage if required by statute to have said coverage.
Performs security services for the State Board of Workers' Compensation and its administrative courts. Investigates and documents security breach incidents, public disorder and other Board concerns, to include possible criminal arrest and prosecution for offenses. Performs criminal investigations on an as needed basis.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducts compliance inspections of businesses to verify/enforce workers' compensation insurance coverage if required by statute.State Minimum Qualifications:
