As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations center, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

  • Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites
  • Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
  • Provide security and safety for client property and personnel.
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
  • Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting
  • Ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and navigate stairs and steps

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to pass an extensive screening process
  • Strong report writing skills
