Job description

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician seeking a mission-driven practice in coastal San Diego. This position allows physicians to serve underserved communities within a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to expanding access to high-quality care. The clinic is undergoing an exciting period of growth and service expansion under new leadership, creating opportunities for physicians who want to make a meaningful impact. Physicians enjoy a flexible schedule with protected administrative time and no overnight call responsibilities. The care model emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and integrated services that support both patients and providers. With competitive compensation not tied to strict RVU pressure and strong loan repayment opportunities, this role offers both professional fulfillment and financial stability.
Practice, Compensation & Organization Highlights
