WHAT YOU'LLDO

The Public Area/HouseAttendantis responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of all public areas,backofhousespaces, and restrooms. This role ensures all areas are clean, organized, andwellstockedat all times, consistently meeting Four Seasons standards to support a safe, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest corridors and public areas, including vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep

• Ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, elevators, doors, and other public fixtures are clean and free of marks

• Clean andmaintainservice elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage rooms through sweeping, mopping, and dusting

• Remove trash and debris from all assigned public andbackofhouseareas

• Inspect and clean lobby restrooms throughout the shift, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well maintained

• Restock restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and guest amenities

• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in public spaces,offering assistancein a professional and courteous manner

• Provide directions and answer general guest questions to support a welcoming lobby experience

WHAT TOBRING

• Successful candidate mustpossesslegal work authorization in United States

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours adayand scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability isrequired.

• Ability to stand for extended periods,lift upto30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

• Previousexperience in Housekeeping is preferred.
