Job Overview

We are seeking Russian Bilingual Experts to contribute to an impactful language and AI training project focused on improving Russian-language understanding and generation. In this role, you will evaluate Russian audio content, assess linguistic quality and authenticity, and provide detailed feedback based on established evaluation guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Russian language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the primary requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listen to audio clips in Russian and evaluate the nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality of the speaker or model output.
  • Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
  • Identify subtle linguistic differences, unnatural phrasing, pronunciation issues, and other language-specific characteristics.
  • Document evaluations using clear and concise written feedback in English.
  • Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
  • Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards consistently.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguous language content.
  • Provide linguistic insights to help improve AI models' Russian-language understanding and generation.
  • Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within project deadlines.
  • Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail across all evaluations.
Required Qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in Russian, with excellent command of spoken and written Russian.
  • B2+ proficiency in English, particularly for written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
