Job description

Chemik Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overnight Pediatric Nurse (Private Duty Nursing) to join our team in Katy, TX (77449). This role is ideal for a compassionate nurse with pediatric experience who is comfortable providing care in a home setting. Schedule:
  • Overnight shifts
  • 36 hours per week (Monday - Wednesday)

Requirements:
  • Active LVN or RN license in the state of Texas
  • Ventilator Certification OR verifiable ventilator experience
  • Minimum of 1+ year Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (PDN) experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home environment

Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to a pediatric patient in the home
  • Monitor and manage ventilator support (if applicable)
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with family members and care team
