KEY SUMMARYWe are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented RF Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize radio frequency systems and components that support cutting-edge communications, radar, and signal processing technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, troubleshoot system performance, and implement solutions that ensure reliability and efficiency in complex RF environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about advancing RF technologies, thrives in a collaborative setting, and is eager to contribute to impactful projects that drive innovation and success.

  • Perform RF system testing and validation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues
  • Develop and document technical specifications for RF systems
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to optimize system integration
  • Ensure RF system compliance with regulatory standards
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools like HFSS or CST
  • Expertise in RF circuit design and analysis
  • Knowledge of frequency spectrum management
  • Hands-on experience with RF testing equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory
  • Ability to design and analyze antenna systems
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Familiarity with phased array systems and beamforming
  • Understanding of satellite communication systems
  • Knowledge of RF safety and exposure standards
  • Experience with millimeter-wave (mmWave) technologies
  • Expertise in developing RF systems for harsh environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in RF signal processing
