The Overnight Rf Drive Tester primarily conducts signal testing while driving, focusing on coverage and quality assessments. In contrast, the RF Field Technician handles installation and maintenance of RF systems on-site. Both roles require RF certifications but differ in work environment and daily tasks, with the drive tester emphasizing mobility and data collection during overnight shifts.
We are seeking an experienced RF Optimization Engineer to support LTE and 5G network performance optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RF optimization, KPI analysis, drive testing, network troubleshooting, and performance improvement of LTE and 5G RAN environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze network performance, identify optimization opportunities, implement corrective actions, and ensure superior customer experience across wireless networks.
