Position: Full Time, Exempt 

Engage PEO, recognized on the ‘INC. 5000 Honor Roll for the Fastest Growing Private Companies’ is seeking future Engagers ready to build a rewarding future. The CSP -Client Service Rep (CSR) within the Engage Insurance Agency is responsible for maintaining a proactive service plan with the CSP Consultant and ensuring departmental and client needs are met. This position ensures a high level of client and client employees’ satisfaction and exceeds the expectations of our clients and client employees by providing quality information, either written or verbal. The CSP-CSR establishes strong relationships with internal peers and develops an understanding of aspects of the client. This role must assist in handling complex client renewals and work with assigned CSP Consultant through the renewal bidding process based on the direction of the CSP Consultant and the CSP Benefit Manager. The CSP-CSR will support the CSP Consultant on various activities required for open enrollment preparation for client amongst other necessary tasks.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focuses on adminstrative support of CSP Consultant.
  • Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Have strong problem solving, critical thinking and organization skills.
  • Manage a general insurance inbox for CSP team.
  • Answer incoming calls, facilitate questions and transfer calls to other internal team members within our own internal departments when appropriate.
  • Assist with answering client or employee questions on benefits and may be required to assist on day to day service matters for CSP clients
  • Be respectful of your own team members and team members within other internal departments of Engage PEO.
  • Under the direction of the Assigned CSP Consultant pull renewal insurance proposals from multiple carriers or through GA (General Agency) when applicable for all desired lines of business.
  • Renewals must be proactively pulled within 60 days prior of a clients renewal-unless otherwise dictated by the insurance carrier.
  • Responsibilities of managing renewals include the following but are not limited to, maintaining files and records on company share drive, pulling SBC’s for current plan year, carrier contracts once renewal is finalized using online carrier portals, updating and maintaining client renewal records with the use of ClientSpace (CRM), team tracker, responsible for keeping track of upcoming renewals and releasing to CSP Consultant and CSP Benefit Manager, responsible for assisting CSP Consultant with bidding process for clients that receive a 10%+ increase
  • Must have a clear understanding of how to read a renewal proposal and a firm understanding of benefit plans.
  • Utilize the Ben Admin BPM/BPO for submission of final decisions to Ben Admin team
  • Have a good understanding of how to utilize ClientSpace (CRM) for final decisions and assigning tasks for internal departments.
  • Documents and communicates information to various departments and understands departmental differences and responsibilities for the overall success of organization.
  • Determines when customer issues need to be escalated to the CSP Consultant and CSP Manager for resolution.
  • May assist in preparing for client meetings with CSP Consultant.
  • Follow all CSP team policy and procedures, and internal resources for CSP responsibilities.


OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that impact the insurance agency’s operations. Attend carrier trainings and seminars when applicable


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in health benefits 


COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The salary range targeted for this position is listed below. However, you should know that the pay rate may vary based on regional location, the candidate’s skill, and relevant experience. In addition, some positions may include a form of bonus or other incentive compensation, which would not be included in this annual range.

Annual Range: $55,000-$65,000 per year
