Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and developing meaningful therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment.
  • Ability to identify and accurately assess the appropriate level of care needed for each participant, demonstrating clinical expertise.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-Graduate clinical experience in diverse treatment settings.
  • Experience working as part of an interdisciplinary team to address comprehensive mental health needs.
  • Specific experience in providing therapy to adolescents is an advantage, as well as working with co-occurring mental health conditions.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000.
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance, prioritizing your well-being.
  • Paid holidays, including 9 designated holidays throughout the year.
