Job description

At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended.
ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country. Our growth will continue as we add team members that strive to be the best, commit to taking care of our customers, and continue to train so that they can accomplish team goals and obtain career advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Remote Service Technicians and Leads, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment that promotes motivation, engagement, and productivity.
  • Provide system and ATE service troubleshooting support as needed in day-to-day operations.
  • Perform specialized functions as required, including programming, dynamic calibrations, OE scans, and light diagnostics.
  • Develop and refine Remote Services Center processes to maximize efficiency, organization, and service quality.
  • Conduct weekly communication cadences to share company updates, departmental productivity results, and performance feedback.
  • Identify and implement strategies to expand departmental opportunities and build lasting customer trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance results.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years of hands-on automotive service and diagnostic experience.
  • 2+ years as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with advanced knowledge of ADAS and electrical systems, related equipment, tooling, and procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain organization and focus while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • 25% of overnight travel required, including air travel.
  • A safe driving record and a valid Driver's License required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and must be able to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments
