Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Promotes the Company's mission and values-based culture by representing ProGreen professionally with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal team members.
  • Manages synthetic turf and landscape installation projects from project award through closeout, including scheduling, coordination, documentation, and customer communication.
  • Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, labor resources, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conducts regular site visits to monitor project progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and overall quality standards.
  • Maintains project schedules, budgets, change orders, project files, and progress reporting.
  • Communicates with customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, text messages, and email to provide updates, resolve concerns, and support a positive customer experience.
  • Partners with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to support project success, including customer follow-up and collections support when needed.
  • Identifies project risks, scheduling conflicts, material delays, or customer concerns and works proactively to resolve issues.
  • Ensures projects comply with company procedures, contract requirements, installation standards, and safety expectations.
  • Supports quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals across all assigned projects.
  • Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Proven project management experience within landscaping, synthetic turf, construction, installation, or a related industry.
  • Turf industry experience strongly preferred; landscape industry experience will be considered if the candidate has meaningful turf-related experience.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and field operations across multiple active projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents.
  • Experience with construction estimating, project budgeting, cost control, and scheduling preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market required.

Travel:
  • Regular local and regional travel throughout the Atlanta, Georgia market and surrounding territories to visit job sites, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required depending on project needs and territory coverage.
  • Gas allowance provided.

Computer Skills:
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience using project management or construction management software required; experience with Jobber, Bluebeam, Primavera, Prolog, Civil 3D, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Ability to maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, reports, and customer communication records.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Comfortable discussing project updates, scheduling, customer concerns, payment follow-up, and collections-related matters.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while remaining highly engaged with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, solutions-oriented approach with customers, subcontractors, and team members.
