Job Summary
We are seeking a Support Engineer II to join an enterprise Production Operations team supporting mission-critical production environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with IBM mainframe operations, enterprise batch scheduling, JCL job restarts, and production support. This role involves monitoring production workflows, troubleshooting job failures, ensuring SLA compliance, and participating in a 24x7 production support environment.
