CRNA Opportunity | Hibbing, MN | $75,000 Sign-On Bonus
Fairview Range is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our high-performing Surgical Services team in Hibbing, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to practice independently in a supportive, well-resourced environment with a broad case mix and strong physician collaboration.

About the Department
  • Largest surgical staff on the Iron Range (55+ physicians)

  • Dedicated Pre-Anesthesia Testing unit working closely with anesthesia and peri-op teams

Position Highlights
  • Deliver anesthesia care for surgical procedures across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings
  • Provide anesthesia services for obstetrics and vascular access (no PICC line responsibility)
  • Coordinate and manage anesthesia plans, including airway management and IV therapy, across all patient populations
  • Serve as a hospital-wide anesthesia and life-support resource as needed
  • Practice in a collaborative environment with surgeons, anesthetists, peri-op RNs, and a dedicated Pre-Anesthesia Testing team

Required Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited CRNA program
  • Current Minnesota RN and APRN licensure
  • NBCRNA certification or eligibility
  • ACLS and PALS within 180 days of hire
  • Central line and nerve block skills preferred (not required at hire)
