Sparc Technology Services Inc is looking for a talented Systems Administrator with a focus on Physical Security to join our growing team in New York, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing, maintaining, and securing critical infrastructure for a dynamic technology services company. Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection
  • Monitor and administer security platforms, ensuring uptime, performance, and system integrity
  • Manage user access credentials, badge systems, and security permissions across facilities
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to physical security infrastructure
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to integrate physical security with network and building systems
  • Conduct routine system audits, testing, and preventive maintenance
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration with a focus on physical security technologies
  • Hands-on experience with access control systems (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, Software House)
