Job Summary
As an Overnight Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will provide supervisory support, safety, and comfort to clients during overnight hours. This role is essential in maintaining a calm, secure, and supportive environment while clients rest, ensuring continuity of care and adherence to treatment protocols.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and monitor client activities overnight, including preparation for quiet hours, sleep routines, wake-up calls, and morning transitions.
  • Conduct routine 15-minute safety checks of client areas to ensure safety and comfort, documenting all observations accurately in the electronic health record.
  • Administer medications as directed and in accordance with clinical and organizational protocols.
  • Perform light household and facility upkeep tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
  • Respond appropriately to client needs or concerns during overnight hours and escalate issues to clinical or supervisory staff as needed.
  • Maintain professional boundaries while providing reassurance and support to clients during nighttime hours.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience working overnight shifts preferred.
  • Experience in a clinical, residential, or behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Prior experience working with adolescents and/or young adults strongly preferred.
  • Passion for mental and behavioral health and supporting individuals in recovery.
  • Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, attentive, and professional in an overnight setting.

Salary Range
$23-$23 USD
