Position Responsibilities

Our medical ICU is staffed 24/7 with an Intensivist. The physician will work about 12-14, 12 hour overnight shifts per month.

As an Nocturnist, you will be the MICU Attending with responsibility for Critical Care in-house response, initial evaluations of new admissions to the unit, and collaborate with primary attending or surgeon.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered multidisciplinary critical care.

BE/BC in critical care with excellent clinical training

Advanced training in critical care preferred

Those with strong interest in clinical research and medical education are encouraged to apply
