Description

At SST Mobility , we provide safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for clients attending medical appointments, rehabilitation services, dialysis appointments, and community programs.


We are currently hiring experienced:

  • NEMT Drivers
  • Wheelchair Transport Drivers
  • Patient Transport Drivers
  • Paratransit / Shuttle Drivers
  • Healthcare experience such as CNA, EMT, or caregiving is also valued
  • Drivers that live within 30 minutes of Nashville are ideal

Schedule:

Drivers must be available:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Up to 40 hours per week

Occasional weekend shifts may be available and are paid at the premium rates.

  • Transport clients safely to appointments and community outings
  • Assist passengers with wheelchairs and mobility support
  • Follow scheduled routes and communicate with dispatch
  • Maintain a clean, sage, and professional vehicle
  • Deliver compassionate and professional customer service

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 1 year of prior experience in transportation services preferred
  • Experience with scheduling passenger pickup and drop-offs
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and/or pull equipment: ability to lift in excess of 40 to 70 pounds
  • Ability to pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
  • Willingness to complete are required training and certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize safety while on the road
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Compassionate and caring personality
