Job description

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking dedicated and dependable Overnight Sales Associates to support our stores during the late-night hours. If you're a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers during overnight shifts
  • Operate the POS system to accurately ring up sales, including lottery, fuel, and prepaid cards
  • Restock shelves and rotate merchandise using FIFO method to ensure freshness
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout the shift
  • Operate and maintain food and beverage machines such as coffee and fountain drinks
  • Follow all safety, loss prevention, and age-restricted sale laws
  • Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and deposits
  • Assist customers with fuel pumps, car wash, and other services as needed
  • Complete all required training and shift duties

Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, punctual with strong work ethic
  • Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours
  • Able to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladders
  • Willing to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
