Job description

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for a permanent, full-time position with an established healthcare organization in California's North State region near Redding.

The CRNA will join a collaborative anesthesia team providing safe, evidence-based care across a diverse range of surgical and procedural cases.

Responsibilities
  • Complete pre-anesthesia assessments
  • Review medical histories and diagnostic information
  • Develop individualized anesthesia plans
  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care
  • Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural cases
  • Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
  • Support postoperative recovery and pain control
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support clinical quality and patient-safety standards
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited nurse-anesthesia program
  • Current NBCRNA certification or eligibility
  • Active California RN and CRNA licenses or eligibility
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • PALS certification when required
  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and collaboration skills
  • Experienced CRNAs and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary: $250,000–$364,000
  • Final compensation based on experience and qualifications
