They use specialized tools and techniques to dissect malware code, understand how it operates, and develop strategies for detection and removal. This role is crucial for organizations that require 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and rapid response to threats that may emerge outside of regular business hours. Their findings help inform security teams and improve overall defense mechanisms against cyberattacks.

Job description

Alice is seeking a high-caliber Account Manager to oversee and expand our most strategic enterprise relationships. You will be the commercial owner of strategic accounts, managing an 8-figure portfolio and ensuring long-term growth in the rapidly evolving AI trust and security landscape.

This is a role for a "technical commercial" leader- someone who can navigate complex AI/Cyber architectures while masterfully managing high-stakes renewals and expansion opportunities.

You will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge technical capabilities and the business goals of the world's leading technology platforms.

Our clients partner with us to solve existential risks in the AI era. We deliver highly tailored solutions that sit at the intersection of expert reverse engineering and automated scale- creating bespoke security frameworks and products.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Own the commercial lifecycle of 8-figure enterprise accounts, accountable for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Develop and execute plans to ensure alignment with customers’ long-term vision.
  • Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain deep relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, spanning Operations, Security, and Engineering departments.
  • Expansion & Growth: Identify and pitch expansion opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging deep subject-matter expertise to maximize value.
  • Operational Excellence & Feedback: Own all aspects of the engagement- ongoing sync meetings, feedback collection, and the QBR process from planning to execution.
  • Technical Storytelling: Partner with technical teams to translate Alice’s complex model-hardening and red-teaming results into clear business outcomes and ROI for non-technical executives.
  • Internal Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer" to influence solution design and execution.

About Alice:

Alice is a trust, safety, and security company built for the AI era. We safeguard the communicative technologies people use to create, collaborate, and interact—whether with each other or with machines.

In a world where AI has fundamentally changed the nature of risk, Alice provides end-to-end coverage across the entire AI lifecycle. We support frontier model labs, enterprises, and UGC platforms with a comprehensive suite of solutions: from model hardening evaluations and pre-deployment red-teaming to runtime guardrails and ongoing drift detection.

Requirements:

Mandatory Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in Account Management or Strategic Sales, managing 8-figure accounts.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or significant experience working with highly technical products (AI, Cyber, or Infrastructure).
  • Startup Experience: You thrive in unpaved environments and have a builder mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with malware, cyber risks, mobile security, or AI Safety is a significant advantage.

The salary range for this role is $160-250K OTE and stock options - Range may vary based on experience. Salary at the time of offer will be commensurate with experience.
