The CDL Company Driver-Chauffeur plays a crucial role in providing safe and reliable passenger transport using 15 to 32 passenger vans and mini-busses. This position involves chauffeuring regional and local routes with a focus on personalized customer service and compliance with safety standards. Occasional overnight or extended trips may be required to meet transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely, including 15 to 32 passenger vans and mini-busses
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure operational safety
• Plan and follow efficient regional and local routes within the state and city
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Deliver chauffeur-style personalized service to passengers
• Manage time effectively to meet scheduled departure and arrival times

Required Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B License
• Passenger Endorsement

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial driving
• Training in defensive driving techniques
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to safety compliance
