Job description

Company Description
This isn't a gig. It's a career with a set schedule, real benefits, and room to grow.
Evolution is the world's leading live casino game producer and technology provider - and our Grand Rapids studio is where some of the most-watched interactive entertainment in the world is filmed, every single day.
If you've ever wanted to be in front of a camera, work in a structured media environment, and actually get paid well for it - this is your way in.
You'll receive paid training, a set full-time schedule, bi-weekly pay, paid breaks, full benefits, 401(k) match, and career growth opportunities from day one. No media degree required. No experience in gaming required. Just your personality, your professionalism, and your willingness to show up and perform.
Job Description
What You'll Do
You'll be on camera, hosting live game shows and casino-style games for a global online audience. Think less "dealer at a table," more "host of a live production." You control the energy, keep things moving, and make sure every player feels the experience.
  • Host live games - Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and game show-style formats - streamed in real time to players worldwide
  • Welcome players, walk through rules, announce results, and keep the entertainment value high
  • Maintain a professional, polished, and engaging on-camera presence throughout every shift
  • Follow studio production standards and game procedures with accuracy and consistency
  • Bring your personality - your tone, energy, and communication style are what make this role

Who Thrives Here
You don't need a media background. You need to be a people person who can stay composed, energetic, and sharp while being watched. That describes a lot of people who've never thought of themselves as "on-camera talent" - but are.
Strong fits include:
  • Retail associates and customer service reps
  • Servers, bartenders, hosts, and front-of-house staff
  • Fitness instructors, coaches, or group leads
  • Brand ambassadors or event staff
  • Teachers, tutors, or trainers
  • Anyone who performs, presents, or leads in front of others
  • Anyone who's confident on camera or curious to be

No casino experience needed. We provide full paid training.
We Offer:
  • From $17/hr + guaranteed tip floor + uncapped additional tips
  • Paid training - you get paid while you learn
  • Set full-time schedule - know your shifts in advance
  • Bi-weekly pay
  • Paid breaks
  • PTO
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Career growth opportunities - many of our supervisors and trainers started in this role
  • Modern, professional studio environment
  • A seated role with no physical labor
  • Consistent income - no slow seasons, no tip-dependent shifts
  • Up to $5,000 referral bonus

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable being on camera or open to building that comfort
  • Strong verbal communication skills - clear, friendly, and professional
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Able to pass a required background check
  • Able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License - we guide you through the process at no cost to you

Additional Information
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
  • Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting for the duration of your shift
  • Able to sit or stand as required by game assignment
  • Able to follow precise game procedures and studio standards consistently
  • Available to work full-time shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnight depending on your assigned schedule
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid Michigan Gaming License throughout employment
