Job description

Do you have a year of experience operating injection mold machinery and using precision measurement tools? If so, this Injection Mold Operator role may be the perfect next step for your career!

This role is with a world leader in manufacturing precision components, with expertise in injection molding and advanced materials used across highly regulated industries such as aerospace. In this role, you will set up and operate injection molding machines to create high-quality components. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring precision, accuracy, and consistency, contributing directly to the company’s reputation for excellence. Injection Mold Operator Duties:
  • Set up and run injection mold machinery, including downloading and running programs
  • Monitor part quality and remove excess material
  • Part mark and package finished products
  • Use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges)
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
Schedule: Multiple Shifts!
  • Day Shift, Monday to Thursday, 5am-3:30pm 
  • Swing Shift, Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm - 12:00am
Pay: $23.00 – $35 per hour
Injection Mold Operator Requirements:
  • 1+ years of injection molding experience
  • Ability to set up machines and dry/test material
  • Experience using precision measurement tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
