Ready for your next career opportunity? Look no further, The Mouse is looking to hire you!

At Northwest, we’re looking for sales professionals who don’t wait for opportunity—they create it.

If you’re wired to win and thrive on the hunt, this is your role. As an Outside Sales Professional, you won’t be handed leads—you’ll be out building your own pipeline, prospecting, networking, and turning cold conversations into long-term customers. This role is built for those who take pride in earning every deal they close. You’ll have the autonomy to own your territory, the support of a strong team, and the opportunity to see the direct impact of your effort and results. If you’re competitive, driven, and motivated by what you can build yourself, you’ll fit right in.

With Northwest, not only do you experience a fun work environment but also one that cares about your growth and goals. Come explore what extraordinary career is waiting for you with The Mouse! Benefits including a 401(k) with a company match. But it’s more than that. It’s serving our communities. It’s having your teammates’ backs. It’s going above and beyond and making a difference. • Strong Team Community: At Northwest, we value strong relationships—both with our team and the communities we serve. You’ll be part of a company that gives back through volunteer work and community outreach, including our Good Deeds Team.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the Hunt: Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and building strategic partnerships—this role is all about creating your own opportunities.

  • Inspect, Solve, and Sell: Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections (including attics and crawl spaces), identify customer needs, and present tailored solutions that earn the business.
  • Close & Convert: Confidently communicate the value of our services, overcome objections, and convert prospects into long-term Northwest customers.
  • Develop Relationships That Drive Growth: Build strong relationships in your territory—both with customers and internal teams—to support long-term retention and referrals.
  • Commit to Growth: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously sharpen your sales skills and industry knowledge.
  • Work Smart & Safe: Maintain a safety-first mindset while operating company vehicles and performing inspections in the field.

What We Expect From You:

  • Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
