Job description

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Urology NP or PA, you will join our dynamic healthcare team in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, specializing in diagnosing and treating a wide array of Urology cases, making a significant impact on their lives and families. We pride ourselves in practicing high quality, evidence based, and patient centered medicine.

You will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families within Saint Joseph Medical Group.

To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate PA or NP, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex Urology patients, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

  • Full time (1.0FTE) Outpatient General Urology clinic

  • Schedule: We partner with you to develop a schedule that accommodates your needs as much as possible, while also considering access and patient care needs. There is currently no call for this position.

  • Experience: Advanced Practitioner experience and/or Urology experience or exposure is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Learning opportunities: The team has a teaching culture and is a conducive environment for providers newly out of school and/or new to the field of Urology. A training and mentorship program is in place to help guide new providers and support them for long term success.
