Lead Full-Stack .NET DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join our data-focused applications team. Our primary tech stack that you'd be leading is .NET/C# on the back-end and React on the front-end. We also use some Python, so if you have Python and.NET experience, even better – the role will lean more back-end, so having experience with Snowflake would be a big nice to have for us as well.What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain server-side logic using.NET(C#) and React with Vite.Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless integration with front-end applications.Work with relational databases and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., OAuth).Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize front-end performance for a seamless user experience.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional components.Integrate front-end and back-end components to create cohesive, end-to-end solutions.Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack to ensure application reliability and performance.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features on time and within scope.Contribute to code reviews, ensuring high-quality code and knowledge sharing within the team.Optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.Participate in the evaluation and adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies.Skills We're Seeking7+ years of experience with .NET/C# Development Must have experience with ASP.NET Core and RESTful API developmentMust have strong SQL/SQL Server experience2+ years of experience with front-end development using ReactJSMust have experience leading full-stack software development teamsMust have great communication skillsNice To Haves (In This Order)Snowflake experiencePython development experienceAzure experience Ideally Azure DevOps and/or Azure Service Fabric experienceDocker and Kubernetes experienceTypescript experienceEntity Framework experienceExperience with other front-end tools and frameworks such as Webpack or npm/yarn
