What is an overnight fresh associate?

Overnight Fresh Associates are retail employees who work during the night shift to stock, organize, and maintain fresh grocery items such as produce, dairy, meat, and bakery products. This role often involves physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during non-peak hours.
