Job description
We are seeking reliable and dependable team members for our Palm Beach Overnight Bus Stop Trash Collection Team. This position is responsible for traveling throughout Palm Beach County to assigned bus stops and ensuring each location is clean, free of trash and debris, and properly documented. Employees will follow an assigned route, collect and dispose of trash, clean designated bus stop areas, and take clear photographs of each location to document completed work. Employees will also be required to complete electronic service and inspection forms using their smartphone.
The work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Because this is an overnight field position, candidates must be comfortable working independently and outdoors during nighttime hours and must be dependable in reporting to work as scheduled. Applicants must have a valid Florida driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Candidates must be able to speak and understand English to receive work instructions, communicate with management, and accurately complete required reporting. Employees must also have a reliable smartphone and be comfortable using the phone throughout the shift to access assignments, complete electronic forms, and take and upload clear photographs without difficulty. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow assigned routes and instructions are essential for this position.
The primary responsibility of this role is to help maintain clean and presentable Palm Beach County bus stops by consistently completing assigned trash collection and cleaning duties and accurately documenting each location serviced.
