Overnight fast food workers are employees who staff fast food restaurants during late night and early morning hours, typically between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Their responsibilities often include preparing food, operating the drive-thru, cleaning, restocking supplies, and serving late-night customers. These skills ensure efficient service, food safety, and a positive dining experience during off-peak hours.
