This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while delivering therapy services to clients through virtual appointments. As a part of an outpatient counseling facility, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule to meet client needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be equipped with necessary tools and resources to provide quality care effectively from any location.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and updated clinical records in compliance with ethical practices and legal standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and ongoing training to stay informed about the latest research and techniques in mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will provide therapy to clients ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing their unique circumstances and assisting them in navigating their emotional landscapes. Your empathetic approach will facilitate meaningful transformations in their lives.

• Education: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
• Licensure: Candidates must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Virginia.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting is essential.

• Experience working with a variety of therapeutic modalities and adapting therapy techniques to meet individual client's needs.
• Previous experience in an outpatient environment, with proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and tools for conducting remote therapy sessions.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 300,000 to 400,000 per year, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
