  • Assist residents at mealtime by encouraging their dining, assisting them with their food, and partnering with kitchen staff to address resident needs.
  • Support resident engagement and mental health by providing activities as planned and/or directed.
  • Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly to ensure residents receive appropriate help.
  • Communicate with residents and their families in a positive way that inspires confidence and security. Collaborate with leadership to resolve any questions or concerns shared by residents or their loved ones.
  • Complete accurate documentation for shift assignments as required, and comply with all applicable regulations and policies impacting the work.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr, depending on experience.
Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our employee benefit options, including medical coverage, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plan with matching contributions, an employee assistance program, and more.
