We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

  • Job Title: Call Center Associate
  • Location: Northwest Houston, TX
  • Pay: $19
  • Hours: Overnight 2nd, and weekend shifts must have a flexible schedule.
  • Duration: Temp to Hire
  • Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders with the utmost care and empathy. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, assist with other departments, service inquiries, and follow up on client requirements: Detail-oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into the database.
  • Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, type a minimum of 40 words per minute, MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Outlook Calendar. Medical industry background is a plus. No collections.
