The 2nd You is a home management service company. We provide specialized, responsive, and high-quality services that are custom fit to each clients needs. As employees of The 2nd You, we understand the importance of time and we are giving that back to each client one project at a time.
**NOTE: All services are catered to each clean and their needs. We are more than a surface cleaner.
We are proud to offer the following services; including but not limited to:
Cleaning - can range from a quick tidy to a deep, move out clean
Organizing
Pet Sitting - includes midday visits for a walk and other needs as well as overnight stays in client homes
Laundry - including the stripping and changing of linens
Errands - including grocery shopping and/or picking up/dropping off dry cleaning
Meal Prep includes prepping food, crock pot meals and full cooked meals with sides
Watering Plants
Light duty moving and packing assistance
Bringing in mail, packages and/or trash & recycle bins
**Options for Part Time and Full Time. You request your availability hours. Generally in homes between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
CURRENT SERVICE AREAS:
Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Zionsville, Broad Ripple, North Indy
REQUIREMENTS:
Team leader: They delegate tasks, handle supplies, and perform on-site inspections to meet company standards.
Must have good communication skills.
Efficiently working phone - MUST be able to group text and use free timesheet app.
Working vehicle (there is lots of driving between clients)
Valid Driver License
Sufficient auto insurance (minimum what is legally required)
* Pass a background check (no theft-related felonies)
NOTE: Pay starts at $18 hr (Dependent on acceptable two week probationary period*). Will increase based on performance as skills are aquired, as well as other traits including effective communication, flexibility, attendance, reliability, being a team player, and more.
