Machine Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is currently hiring Machine Operators for Bremen, IN! If you're dependable, and looking for a stable overnight opportunity with a great company, we'd love to hear from you.
Shift
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday
10:00 PM - 6:20 AM
Pay
$19.22-$20.22 per hour (based on experience)
Job Responsibilities
  • Operate molding machines safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect molded parts to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Trim, assemble, and package finished products as required.
  • Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Molding machine experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
