Job description

SCHEDUL:E: 7p-5:30a (Overnight)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain water quality in a safe and sanitary manner
- Regularly checking water readings, filters, pumps, valves, tanks, gauges, baskets, and vents.
- Monitor machine operations
- Monitor and adjust water quality equipment to ensure proper function and efficiency
- Performing preventative maintenance on pumps, skimmers, filtration, and cleaning equipment.

Experience:
- Previous experience in fabrication or a similar role
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of tools and equipment
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Basic knowledge preferred in plumbing, mechanical, pneumatic, and water quality. (not required, but willing to learn)

All chemical and bacterial testing to keep in compliance with county and state regulations.
Manual cleaning of the lagoon.
Additive and equipment ordering and inventory upkeep.
Wildlife removal.
Amenity upkeep.
Facilitation of major and minor lagoon re-construction projects.
