Tech Intern
JobSummary
JMTest Systems is looking for a motivated and curious Tech Intern to join ourtechnology team for a hands-on internship experience across softwaredevelopment, cloud infrastructure, and AI implementation. In this role, youwill contribute to real projects that directly impact business operations whileworking alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and collaborativeenvironment. This internship offers valuable exposure to modern developmentpractices, cloud technologies, and practical AI integration, with theopportunity for long-term career growth and potential full-time employment.
WhatYou'll Do:
1. MERNStack Development:
  • Buildand maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
  • Supportboth front-end and back-end development efforts on active projects
  • Participatein code reviews and follow modern software development best practices

2. AzureCloud Migration:
  • Supportmigration efforts involving systems and services moving to Microsoft Azure
  • Assistwith cloud configuration, testing, and technical documentation
  • Helpidentify opportunities to improve cloud performance and operational efficiency

3. AIImplementation:
  • Researchand explore AI tools and business applications across multiple departments
  • Assistwith implementing AI-driven workflows and productivity solutions
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to identify areas where AI solutions can improve operations

4. GeneralTechnology Support:
  • Supportongoing technology projects across multiple functional areas
  • Assistwith troubleshooting, documentation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Contributeideas and solutions to improve internal systems and workflows

WhatWe're Looking For:
  • Currentlypursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, SoftwareEngineering, or related field
  • Juniorsor Seniors preferred, though strong Sophomore candidates will be considered
  • Hands-onexperience or coursework involving MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js
  • Familiaritywith Microsoft Azure or general cloud technologies (preferred)
  • Interestin AI tools, large language models, and AI integration
  • Strongproblem-solving and analytical skills
  • Abilityto work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strongcommunication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
