This is a hands-on field service role supporting medical, industrial, diagnostic, lab, manufacturing, OEM, and electro-mechanical equipment at customer sites.
You must be able to:
โข Travel up to 80%, including overnight travel
โข Use your own reliable vehicle for work-related travel
โข Maintain a valid driverโs license
โข Obtain and maintain required auto insurance coverage
โข Work independently at customer sites
โข Use tools and troubleshoot physical equipment
โข Work with wiring, connectors, sensors, motors, power supplies, circuit boards, harnesses, and assemblies
โข Document service activity, repair findings, parts used, and next steps
โข Accept the pay range of $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility
โข Complete the required Human Performance Test
โข Lift up to 50 lbs and perform field service work in customer-site environments
REQUIRED AUTO INSURANCE COVERAGE
Candidates using a personal vehicle for work-related travel must be able and willing to maintain the required coverage below:
โข $100,000 bodily injury liability per person
โข $100,000 property damage liability
โข $300,000 bodily injury liability per accident

WHAT YOUโLL DO
โข Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
โข Service electro-mechanical equipment used in medical, industrial, diagnostic, lab, manufacturing, or OEM environments
โข Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
โข Troubleshoot equipment issues to the FRU, module, part, or component level
โข Replace failed parts, modules, assemblies, or field-replaceable units
โข Use a digital multimeter, hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
โข Follow service manuals, SOPs, safety procedures, and customer requirements
โข Document service activity, repair findings, parts used, and next steps
โข Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and service leadership
WHAT YOU BRING
โข 1+ year of hands-on technical repair, maintenance, installation, field service, industrial maintenance, medical equipment service, appliance repair, automotive diagnostics, electronics repair, or electro-mechanical experience
โข Experience using a digital multimeter or similar diagnostic tool
โข Experience with wiring, connectors, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, electronic components, or equipment modules
โข Ability to read and follow service procedures, diagrams, technical documentation, SOPs, and safety requirements
โข Strong customer communication and repair documentation skills
โข Ability to work independently in customer-site, hospital, lab, industrial, or controlled environments

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
โข Medical equipment, industrial equipment, diagnostic equipment, lab equipment, manufacturing equipment, optical equipment, or OEM equipment
โข FRU, module, part-level, or component-level troubleshooting
โข Replacing boards, sensors, motors, wiring, power supplies, connectors, harnesses, or assemblies
โข Experience using an oscilloscope, pressure/vacuum meter, frequency counter, power supply, or diagnostic tester
โข Military technical training, trade school, BMET, electronics, electrical, automotive, aviation, robotics, industrial maintenance, or mechatronics
โข Strong service documentation habits
