Automotive Body Collision Repair Technician Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Disassemble vehicles and related parts
  • Body work in accordance with the repair plan
  • Reassemble vehicles once all repairs are complete
  • Communicate status clearly to the shop manager
  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • High production capabilities
  • Detail-oriented
  • Repair or replace mechanical parts
  • Perform structural repairs and/or replacement repairs
  • Perform different types of sheet metal welding and metal finishing
  • Re-assemble painted vehicle and painted parts

Automotive Body Collision Repair Technician Qualifications and Skills:
