Position Summary

As the Overnight Valet Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a great experience for all customers parking at your location. As an overnight valet attendant you will maintain positive customer and client interactions while maintaining an agreeable, helpful attitude.

Job Type: Hourly, Full Time/Part Time

Schedule

Parkwell is searching full time and part time employees for Overnight shifts. This can include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Customer and Client Service Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet every customer you encounter with warm and friendly greeting
  • Offer to assist every/any customer who appears to be in need of assistance
  • Be able to anticipate guests needs
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and work to establish a positive rapport with every customer โ€“ learn the names and key people at each site (property managers, engineers, janitorial, security, etc)
  • Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
  • Must be able to accurately verify, collect, and record revenue

Safety and Security Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Safely park guest cars in an efficient manner.
  • Abides by all Parkwell safety standards and training
  • Secure keys in locked podium/key box
  • Verifies ownership of vehicles โ€“ keys for claim check
  • Be able to preform and stay organized under stress
  • Maintain a high level of integrity in regards to guestโ€™s vehicles and personal possessions
  • Reports all incidents immediately to supervisor or manager

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be asked from time to time to perform other duties not listed in this description. The expectation is that you are flexible and open-minded to these assignments.

Position Requirements

  • Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License
  • Must be at least 18 years old
