Job description

Overview

Hourly Pay Rate: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 11pm-3am or 3am- 8am Part-Time

Our forte lies in tackling intricate challenges such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship hurdles, mental health nuances, and much more - all while maintaining an unwavering focus on family-centered healing. Responsibilities
  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during traditional sleeping hours, staying awake and alert throughout the entire shift.

  • Bed Checks: Conduct bed checks every 15 minutes to monitor student safety and address any immediate needs or concerns.

  • Student Assistance: Assist students who may be ill or experiencing difficulties, providing necessary support and care.

  • Observation and Documentation: Observe and accurately document student behavior, contributing to their care and overall progress.

  • Daily Assignments: Complete daily assignments during each shift, ensuring that all responsibilities are met effectively.

  • Specialized Tasks: Take on specialized assignments from the Supervisor as required to support the team and students.

  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Day Staff to ensure seamless transitions between shifts, maintaining a cohesive and supportive environment for our students.

Qualifications
  • Must be female
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 21 years old or older
  • Current driver's license and a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a Utah State background check
