Our Temporary Shelter Care Facility (TSCF) offers a safe, nurturing space for youth in crisis, where healing begins and stability is restored. Job DescriptionDo you thrive in dynamic environments and lead with heart and integrity? We're looking for a Program Supervisor to join our TSCF team-a leader who can mentor staff, manage day-to-day operations, and uphold the highest standards of care for youth in crisis. In this role, you will support a team of Residential Counselors, ensure smooth facility operations, and help children feel seen, safe, and supported during a critical time in their lives. It's a hands-on leadership opportunity to make a lasting impact.
We are currently offering a sign on bonus for this position. Eligibility and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
What We're Looking ForTo qualify, candidates must meet
one of the following education/experience criteria:
- Bachelor's degree, OR
- 12 semester units in child development/adolescent development/foster care + 100 hours of youth experience, OR
- Certification as an AOD counselor + 100 hours of youth experience, OR
- Vocational certification as a journeyperson + 100 hours of youth experience, OR
- One year of experience in a group home or STRTP
Also required:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid CA Driver's License and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass required background checks
- STRTP or GHAC Certification preferred
