Job description

We are hiring Level 3 Vehicle Operators to support an innovative autonomous ride-hailing program.
In this role, you will operate and support test vehicles in real-world environments while ensuring safety, accuracy, and consistency. You'll work closely with multiple internal teams and play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of next-generation mobility technology.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for individuals who are disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured environments.
Schedule & Shifts
Multiple shift options available:
Day Shifts:
Early morning to afternoon (various start times)
Evening/Night Shifts:
Afternoon to late night (including overnight options)
Workdays:
Rotating schedules (Wednesday-Sunday through Saturday-Wednesday)
Additional Pay - $29/hr
  • Weekend shifts: +5% hourly bonus
  • Night shifts (starting 1 PM or later): +2% hourly bonus
  • Weekend night shifts: up to +7% total bonus
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive test vehicles for extended periods (4-8 hours per shift) with a strong focus on safety
  • Support vehicle operations and mission execution
  • Perform basic software and system-related tasks during operations
  • Document observations, issues, and performance feedback
  • Assist with vehicle inspections, maintenance coordination, and readiness checks
  • Support logistics including vehicle movement, storage, and setup
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and operations

  • Valid driver's license with a strong driving record
  • Ability to drive for long durations while maintaining focus and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with basic technology and troubleshooting
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to follow structured processes
