A leading media advertising company specializing in outdoor advertising and billboards is seeking a motivated Real Estate Representative to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience in Texas.

The Real Estate Representative will manage a South Texas territory (Victoria, Matagorda, and surrounding areas south of I-10), handling lease renewals, identifying new billboard sites (traditional, digital, and wallscapes), and building strong relationships with property owners. After a structured training period, this role offers significant income potential, travel opportunities, and growth within the media and advertising industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate lease renewals and amendments with property owners.

  • Identify and secure new billboard development sites, including traditional, digital, and wallscape opportunities.

  • Work closely with property owners to address questions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring strong long-term relationships.

  • Partner with the legal department as needed for lease negotiations and new site development.

  • Attend public hearings and regulatory meetings as required.

  • Review and submit RFPs for billboard site opportunities.

  • Stay current with applicable state regulations and local ordinances impacting outdoor advertising.

  • Travel within the South Texas territory, with 1–2 overnight stays per week after initial training period.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of commercial real estate experience (billboard/outdoor advertising experience highly preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of real estate principles, negotiations, and field work including lead generation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Willingness and ability to travel overnight as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $60,000–$70,000 DOE.

  • Commission opportunities leading to six-figure earning potential within 18–24 months.

  • $850/month car allowance for travel expenses.

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • Long-term career growth in the billboard media and advertising industry.
