Every day is different as you travel between locations, tackle a variety of maintenance challenges, and help keep buildings operating safely and efficiently.

  • Complete light electrical work such as replacing switches, outlets, lighting fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs

  • Perform carpentry repairs including doors, locks, hardware, drywall patching, painting, and cabinetry

  • Assist with basic HVAC maintenance including filter changes, thermostat adjustments, and minor troubleshooting

  • Complete preventive maintenance inspections and identify equipment requiring additional repairs

  • Respond to work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)

  • Maintain accurate service records, receipts, and maintenance documentation

  • Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment organized and in excellent condition

  • Help maintain safe building conditions, including debris removal and seasonal exterior maintenance

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance needs

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or commercial maintenance experience

  • Experience performing basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs

  • Comfortable working independently while traveling between multiple sites

  • Experience using CMMS or work order management software

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile applications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to safely lift up to 80 pounds, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day

This is a mobile position serving facilities throughout Northern California. Regular local travel is required, along with approximately two overnight travel days each month.

What We Provide
  • Company vehicle

  • Company tools and equipment

  • Paid training and opportunities to earn additional technical certifications

  • Stable Monday-Friday schedule

  • Variety of work with no two days exactly the same

  • Opportunity to expand your skills across multiple building trades

If you're a dependable maintenance professional who enjoys variety, independence, and solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.
