We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who shares our commitment to customer satisfaction and views this opportunity not just as a job but as a long-term career. Our experienced HVAC Service Technicians are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. Our technicians serve as trusted advisors who provide outstanding service guiding our customers to make informed and confident buying decisions.



Job Responsibilities

  • Run on average 4-6 residential and light commercial service calls daily
  • Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair HVAC systems
  • Present tailored solutions that align with each customerโ€™s needs
  • Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members and customers
  • Participate in on-going training to support professional growth and skill development
  • Other duties as assigned


Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: Potential earnings $70,000 - $150,000/annually plus commissions (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
  • Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday 7:00am โ€“ 4:00pm (weekly on call rotation)

Requirements:


  • 2+ years' experience in residential and commercial HVAC
  • Maintain a valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
  • Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
  • Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.
  • Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
  • Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
