  • Drive cross‑functional definition and prioritization of product features and requirements.
  • Guide the product lifecycle end to end using established development methodologies.
  • Translate engagement team needs into actionable roadmaps and technical plans.
  • Conduct business requirements analysis to inform solution design and process improvements.
  • Contribute to scalable software solutions using languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
  • Own project planning, including estimation, commitments, and timeline management.
  • Uphold engineering quality through code reviews, coding standards, and application frameworks.
  • Embed CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment.
  • Support enterprise architecture, microservices integration, and issue resolution to maintain performance and scalability.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant fields.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial and operational acumen, including budget management, resource planning, and oversight of multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with completed PMP and/or CSM certifications.
  • Experience applying Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD practices to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Java, Python, and C++ to guide engineering discussions and solution design.
  • Understanding of API management and microservices architecture to support scalable, interoperable platforms.
