Country Ace Hardware

Looking for a role where you can make an impact behind the scenes? Join locally owned Country Ace Hardware store and help ensure everything is ready for customers to start their day.

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in organization and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and staying active throughout their shift. Experience is a plus, but we provide training from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Restock shelves and merchandise displays throughout the store
  • Unload and sort incoming deliveries and pallets
  • Organize back stock and maintain accurate inventory placement
  • Rotate merchandise using first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices
  • Keep aisles, stock areas, and receiving spaces clean, safe, and organized
  • Remove packaging and debris from the sales floor and backroom areas
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns
  • Assist with inventory counts, store setup, and promotional displays
  • Communicate with team members using a radio headset as needed
  • Work efficiently and independently while maintaining attention to detail

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs. regularly (heavier with assistance)
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout your shift
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and using stock equipment
  • Ability to work overnight hours and in varying temperatures, including occasional outdoor conditions

Pay & Benefits

  • $17.00 - $22.00 per hour, based on experience
