We provide tax, accounting, advisory, and consulting services that help our clients make confident decisions, navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and build stronger businesses.

We're experiencing an exciting season of growth and are looking for people who are eager to learn, collaborate, and make a difference. We believe great client service starts with great people, and we're committed to creating opportunities for professional development, meaningful work, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

As a Client Accounting Services Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients while managing our client service delivery team—overseeing client's day-to-day accounting operations while offering deeper financial insight, guidance, and leadership. In this role, you’ll not only ensure accuracy and efficiency across multiple client accounts but also help shape their financial strategy and growth. You’ll act as a key liaison between our firm, our team, our clients, and their success, while also mentoring junior accountant roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the client accounting services department, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial objectives and tailor services to meet their unique requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client performance and achieve financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations, maintaining accurate financial records and reports.
  • Mentor, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous professional growth and teamwork.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and strategic recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our services are competitive and cutting-edge.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Work-life balance, including reasonable hours especially outside of peak tax season
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with firm match
  • Flexible time off
  • CPE support / continuing education reimbursement
  • Supportive, team-oriented office culture
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
  • Extensive experience in client accounting services, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
